For Sale 416 Rigby (Here we go again)

Best of luck sir.

Did the previous owner AZDave ever comment on the rifle's accuracy?

Tim, on another note I went through a financial reversal similar to yours in 2008 (-700K) but if you can put that kind of dough together once, you can do it again. I haven't recovered all of it yet, however I have recovered enough to be comfortable. I'm sure you will do the same.

Thanks guys.

Art, all the goodies are boxed up and ready for a ride to KCMO next week.

Looking forward to lunch with Art II and CAustin the Elephant slayer! :)

Dave got this rifle as part of an estate deal if I remember correctly. He may not have even fired the rifle?

Based on how the action feels (after a half-dozen No.1 rifles and thousands of rounds, you start thinking you can tell the difference) I have to say the round count on this rifle is low.

Glad you are getting it sold Tim, have a safe trip!

Oh yes looking forward to meeting you sir!

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
