How large is the typical yard (garden)?

Similar in Aus.

I’ve got two acres and manage that with a husqvarna ts138 although it really is borderline. I just can’t justify going to a zero turn for $10k

I would not worry about paying my mortgage off too fast if it was a low rate 15 or 20 year fixed loan.
I would generally would never advise someone to get a 30 year loan and I hate variable rate loans.

30 year I’d standard here, I’m kicking myself for not fixing a few years back.
