This is a few days old so I'm sure lots of you are already aware of this, but DSC filed suit against the US Fish and Wildlife Service over elephant importation restrictions. I became a member today to hopefully help fund the fight in a small way. Im sure this will be a long, expensive suit but cross your fingers for us hunters and most importantly the wildlife that would be helped by having importation allowed once again!

Thank you for sharing the video

Thanks. I feel like there should be some rules, or at least some ground standards, as to the posts that go in here.

The Government makes the Rules...Breaks their own Rules...Changes the Rules...then Ignores the Rules...
Same old same... Thank God Trump is draining the Swamp...Oh sorry He's the one that put the hold in place with nothing more than a Tweet???

Sorry can’t trust any of them.

In fairness Trump has softened quite a bit since his initial "horror show" reaction. He isn't pro hunting, lots of people are not, but given the choices we had, we could not have done better overall.

The only choice in politics is the lesser of evils and the least of our rights that will be infringed. Sad reality

True, but he would really have to go off the rails to not get my vote next year.(y) This country has had enough of wimps that wont say s*** if they had a mouthful.

Bottom line there will never be another Teddy Roosevelt in office.

Trumps better than the rest but still isn't worth a shit for Africa hunters at this point, just another pawn scared of the antis and all there ignorant bullshit. The stupidity of the whole issue is beyond belief.

I agree with you, but you have to remember as Africa hunters.. we are in a very, very small minority of people. We count for almost nothing in the overall scheme of things. We are looked upon as some sort of weird anomaly, a throwback group of folks born a hundred years too late. While it would be nice if that were not so, it is what it is. Have to look at the reality of it.

The reality is that this is all driven by money, we basically have to make it more financially beneficial to support hunting. I'm no politician, i don't even follow news. My initial move towards this is to be a member of SCI and DSC even though I shouldve been years ago. If we all start there, its something. And band together and fight this fight. Again, I dont have the answers on how to go about it but I'm ready to try.

Maybe we need to write a form letter and figure out who to send it to? It's easy to think it wont make a difference but imagine the impact when they start to see hundreds of letter come across their desks saying I VOTE, I CARE FOR WILDLIFE AND IVE PUT THOUSANDS (many of us 10s) OF DOLLARS WHERE MY MOUTH IS TO ACTUALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Because we all know the antis dont do that. I'd be happy to contribute to this, let's work together to write and proofread it and make it as easy as copy and paste for people to send, at that point you cant justify not doing it

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
