Drilling or Combo gun as an alternative to a Double for Plains Game?

I have a nice 16/16/ 7 x 57R drilling with a quick release scope and a few combination rifles, I've always enjoyed getting them out and using them, it's time to get them out a little more often!

The Blaser BD14 is quite versatile. You get a 20 ga. fixed choke bbl, a “large” rifle bbl and a “small” bbl. My current one is a 20/.22 Hornet/.308. I have a 20/.22 hornet/9.3 coming and will be selling the .308. It has worked great. And, the smaller cal bbl can easily be adjusted for regulation.

I’d like to have the 308 version

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
