DM round count in SA

Is there a cap on the number of rounds a mag can hold in SA? We are taking a 308 and 243 as our small game rounds. Both have Detachable mags. I have to buy a couple of spare mags as we have never used both rifles at the same time. I was thinking of getting a couple 10 rounders so we don’t have to have rounds on our belt. Can just carry a mag in our pocket and will more than likely never have to use it. Not a fan of 10s normally because they hang down to fare and don’t get attacked by a herd of impala very often. Just think it might be a easy way to carry extra ammo. Thanks for any info.

Hmmmm, legality is one thing, emotional reaction is another. Why not just stick to an unobtrusive 5?

Mag capacity and number are a non-event here, as long as the rifle is a bolt action.
