Selling a slightly used Muzzle loader by CVA comes with everything in the pictures. I did change the sights spare parts included. Never hunted with it just 2 trips to the range. I believe it came with a multi piece cheap cleaning rod that I broke the first day cleaning. $500 shipped.

I have this same gun along with 3 of my friends. Excellent muzzleloader and very accurate. Someone will get a good deal on a great gun

$400 shipped
@Skshyk - CVA Accura are an excellent MZ, I own two and the trigger is as good as on my custom rifles, accuracy 1.5” for 3 shot group @ 100 yrds using 300 gr sabot. I did not get good results with the Power Belt ammo but sabot slugs have been excellent. $400 is a fair price - a very good price and if I didn’t have two I would buy it. Anyone needing a MZ that’s as good as any Thompson and has a much better trigger - and almost 1/2 the price….will not be disappointed

Is the breach plug for loose powder or pellets? Do you happen to be in the SE?

I have only used black horn, I believe you can use pellets as well but not sure. I bought this for an elk hunt in CO but needed up with A REM UML. Only took it to the range once.

Yes you can use pellets - up to three 50 gr pellets as that CVA should be rated a “magnum” same as my CVA Accura II. I’ve used two 50 gr and up to three 50 gr pellets but found the recoil of three pellets exceeds the “minor” additional velosity. I eventually settled on two “60 grain” pellets made by Triple 7 and called Magnum Pellets…..very good out to 150 yrds and even 200 if you drop down to a 240 grain bullet

Guess I should have logged in yesterday. If, by some odd chance, the offer by @Uncontrolled_round_feed falls through, I would take it.

I need to know if this is legit. Photo with today's paper would do it.

Thanks

I just saw Budsgunshop.com has both the guide gun and the African for $1150. FWIW - I bought both and decided to use the Guide gun - I restocked it in a Bell and Carlson stock and I added the Alaska arms floor plate to add a round. I wanted the shorter barrel as I will use a suppressor. I wont go lower than $1100, but I will ship it and no sales tax.

Let me know if you are interested
