Actually my wife made me feel bad about listing my rifle on two other sites yet not on this one. My reputation is always on the line no matter where I sale so I will offer the rifle with the following caveats
1. The rifle shot practice MOA within 1/2 inch at 100 yards with Federal Premium Factory loads and my reloads.
2. I took two beautiful animals in Zim and SA with this rifle both one shot kills.
3. It had its problems I outlined here as follows: Tough to open and recycle bolt after two shots, Stuck flag saftey.
4. I took it to my gunsmith and found the following: the tough to open bolt just needed a thorough cleaning which has been done and as I posted earlier, now had no problem after 12 shots, 3 fouling, the rest within MOA. No misalign on barrel…once I recentered Z5i scope after switching scope rings back on target perfectly. The Flag safety has a burr that he is taking off that will fix the problem.
5. The rifle is simply gorgeous and shoots like a pussy cat.
6. It cost $8,250 to build.
7. I paid $6,000 for it.
8. I am selling it for $5,250 shipped within US. included.

Just wanted to make full disclosure to everyone about everything. As mentioned before, only selling rifle due to DR new buy.

The rifle should sell at this price within 2 weeks.

Thanks for looking

Very nice looking rifle. You should have it sold quickly.

Wow, what a beauty! GLWS. Bump!

Who built it? Which mauser action. Is that a muzzle brake or a ported barrel?

Beautiful rifle.

Nice rifle, probably get alot more traffic if you have it moved to the classifieds section.

I personally have seen this rifle in Zim. It is a beautiful rifle. Good luck with sale. It shouldn’t last long.

Have a look af our latest post on the biggest roan i ever guided on!

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….

I'd like to get some too.

My wife (a biologist, like me) had to have a melanoma removed from her arm last fall.

Hallo Marius- do you have possibilities for stags in September during the roar? Where are your hunting areas in Romania?

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on another rifle but would love to see your rifle first, any way you could forward a pic or two?
Thanks,
