Fired from a 458 WM at 2050fps. I thought it was pretty cool looking mushroom.
I had a ball of old chain at 50 yards. The chain was hanging from on of my target rails.

Took a little doing to get it off the chain.

Someone will come along shortly calling that a failure, and stating at an A Frame would have mushroomed perfectly!

It’s pretty cool that you found this.

The o

Odds of that happening again are pretty slim.
That TSX on contract with a heavy bone would make a wicked mushroom. I might try them on elk this year just for grins.
Wow! Looks like it split and wrapped itself around the chain. Helluva mushroom.

Bullet totally failed...a Hornady would've cut the chain...:A Stirring:

Swift A frame would've...
hit the target....:A Outta:

I read an older thread that mentioned you having some 9.3x64 brass. Do you still have some? I am looking for 100 pcs, maybe 200.
