Can elk grow this big?

I found this on you tube, old photos of native americans.

I never saw an elk this big, and with such antlers, like moose?!

Is this possible or is it a photoshop?

I would guess photoshop. There is an extinct elk/deer species called the Irish Elk, or Irish Giant Deer that was a bit bigger than a moose. But even its head doesn't appear to be nearly as large as the head on the animal in the youtube video/photo. Unless, of course, those are just very small people. To be fair, people were smaller, in general, in the past. But I don't believe small enough to make the photo real.

Haaaaa. I love ridiculous BIG bores. However, I do believe there is a place in the deer killing world for the diminutive chamberings with proper projectiles, speed and accuracy.

I think that photo was taken to promote an Indian camp group or casino. It was probably the latest thing in advertising way back then before television. It must have worked because the idea is still being used.
