I am looking for a good photo of a live banteng to use for a tattoo reference photo. Something that can be used for a close up/head shot, facing forward.

For example, but looking for a bigger mature bull.

There are possibly a lot of photos on the internet.

Good though to ask here but a lot of hunters may have pics from
After the shot

I expect there would be photos from researchers and avid photographers that might show what you are looking for

I think I have a nice one some where but can’t find a front on shot for now only side on.

I like that shot, but I'm looking for more hi-res detail.

I have scoured the internet looking for photos and there really are not many of banteng. I've found nothing with a headshot of a mature bull that shows detail. Tons of photo of cape buffalo and water buffalo, but banteng are scarce.

An alternative might be a good photo of a high quality shoulder mount.

Great tattoo selection, but if you get hi-res in the tattoo, I'll be a monkey's uncle

Nobody is expecting to get photocopy but if you don't start with hi-res, you get no-res.

I THINK THE NEW A.I. "BLACK DOT" TATTOO TECH CAN DO HI-DEF NO PROBLEM

OK, that one just has a mean, devilish look to him...and I hear they charge more often than the water buffalo. Would include it on my bucket list.
Yes Far more dangerous than Water Buffalo but lighter built & easier to stop ,,,,, sort of one of my favorites, they all look Devilish when bearing down on you, a lot of photos don’t do them justice & some of those are hybrids that are in hunting areas/Zoos not on the Burg or in Asia .

Sorry low res again but cool looking .

You might have edited your post on the PH in the Bubye. I know the PH and is a wonderful person and a fmaily man and runs a succesful business in Zim and just doesn't want the attention that the internet offers, the ugly kind.

Hello,

Am I reading your post correctly to say that the Tsavo rifle will be coming out with a composite stock later this year? I ask because I had been looking very hard for a Tsavo, but if there is going to be a composite stock model I will wait for that.

Thank you for your time,

Andrew

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
