Cool Idea, this is an actual carved moose horn embedded in stone.

Lot's of artistic ability demonstrated in this one.

very nice and a nice idea to change thing up over a regular mount.

I like that...

Makes it unique and special! Thanks for sharing. R.

quite elegant!

Very nice, I'm always looking for new uses for antler scraps.

Stunning for sure!

The North American Mule deer is a majestic animal. This mount captures that. Good job to the artist who did the work.

Well I'm the devils advocate "i don't like it ." It is artistic and all that but I think it takes away from the mount itself. MAN ! WHAT A GORGEOUS LOOKING DEER ...full velvet no less .

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
