Anyone else shooting doves today?

Finished up our first split this past Sunday. It was a great hunt and the sixth limit of the year, shot a total of 5 boxes on the year. We do have one more weekend but we’ve figured we’ve taken enough from the this year.

It’s time to start concentrating on whitetail and maybe some waterfowling.

Thanks, I take great pride in my wing shooting! It really helps when you have a target rich environment and can really pick your shots.

+1 on that line of thinking. Brought me back to countless times afield in Argentina. Forced me to dig through the file for my best day...of many. Took my time that morning...5 boxes...97 birds. That's about as good as I can do...without getting serious...and taking the fun out of it.
