Any 10.75x68 reamer available to come to South Africa??

Members, is there any 10.75x68 reamer available to purchase /in stock ? I can arrange to get the reamer to South Africa with a returning South African. It seems this caliber reamer is not available in South Africa currently...

I checked JGS tool & Manson, they both said the same thing..... None in stock and 8 week estimated production time.

It seems the 10.75x73 ( 404 Jeffery ) is more available than his little brother
