These rifles may not be as accurate or waterproof as the new black plastic models but the have a couple of traits the new models will never have. Beauty and a hunters soul. Sometimes while hunting I find myself just sitting and admiring them wondering what tales they could tell.

Even with a full length Mannlicher stock and claw mounted scopes, these rifles are still lightweight and easily carried all day.

I can’t imagine what something like this would cost to have replicated today…
