Recently I bid on an estate sale having mixed lot of brass and bullets at an online auction. Among the misc items were two boxes of .333 bullets, 200gr and 250gr.

If anyone can use these, and will pay a $15 shipping fee, you are welcome to them.

Please pm if interested.

Michael

If these are not spoken for, I could use them and would happily pay the shipping. Very nice of you.

I believe the bullets have found a new home. If he changes his mind, I will re-post. Thank you.

Do these work in a 318 Wesley Richards?

The 318 WR takes a .330" bullet. These are .333", so shooting them in a 318 would swag them down .0015" per side which would really run up the pressure where it is most crucial (at the initial movement of the bullet into the bore). Another option would be to have a swaging die and reduce the diameter prior to using them.

Not a good idea, good way to create headspace..Bullets are for the 333 Jefferys.

Love your rifle! I'm needing a heavier rifle for Africa. Sold my .375 Dakota Safari several trips ago. Would you have any interest in a trade of some sort involving the custom 338/06 I have listed here on the site ( I have some room on my asking price. I also have a large quantity of the reloading components and new Redding dies as well as a box of A-Square Dead Tough ammo.
