Looking to purchase a nice Ruger M77 Mark 2 Safari Magnum in 416 Rigby. No synthetic stocks, must be wood! Looking for one in nice shape. Willing to look at any Ruger M77 Safari Magnums (RSM) even if its not the Mark 2 as long as it isn't all beat up . Please let me know here *********************also with pics and we can talk price, I know around what they sell for as I've been looking for one for quite a while now, and missed the opportunity to bid on the few nice examples I've seen on GB recently. Thanks all!

Please try GI or GB, they come up often and few may still be available for sale. IMO some of the best value rifles.

Yes I am actively watching those both also. Wanted to check here incase someone here actually had one they wanted to part with aswell.

Be very careful with scammers with a want to buy ad especially now that you posted your email publicly.

Yeah, thanks, I do plan on being very very diligent with it if someone from here does contact me. Appreciate the heads up though.

They are great guns for the money. I have an RSM in 416 that I've taken around 15 animals with in Africa on my last 2 safaris.

I put a Timney Trigger in mine which breaks light and clean. Also, mine feeds flat nose solids perfectly which is another plus.

Good luck in your search!

I might have one to sell. If you are serious i will dig it out.
Krish.
I would love at least 1 picture to see if its one I'd be interested in, is it an M77 Mark 2? Looking for one as close to collector grade as I can get, but light handling/use marks is fine also.

Its probably a one time purchase type of deal for me to add to a collection (wont be hunted with) so I am being a little picky on the wood and stuff. But yes I am serious about purchasing one.

Tell me something about your self. Are you collecting or is it for hunting.krish

Nope it is for a collection, won't be used for hunting. Maybe take it out once or twice a year and shoot a couple rounds. Not much.

Noah,
I might be interested in the 470 Woodleigh Softs if the price is right for the entire lot. Are you planning on going to the Tulsa Gunshow in November? If so, perhaps we could meet up.
