it is a kind of crude joke, in Nicaragua the locals used to call men who... lacked masculinity, mano quebrado, as in they had a limp wrist or were a bit femmy. This both separates the men from everyone else and potentially could break your wrist. I am not going to lie I was pretty nervous the first time i shot it. made worse, when i proofed it i had a little over 3/4 lb. of lead in front of 450 grains of fffg black powder ( I wanted to be sure it wouldn't grenade in my hand). I had it locked into a homemade lead sled made from wood, when it went off it broke 4 boards on the lead sled and threw the 5lb gun 100 ft back(i was standing behind a bunch of steel fence panels 50 ft back). anyone who is not nervous about shooting it the first time doesn't deserve to, it deserves respect and common sense.
Should be "Mano quebrada"
