Man sorry to hear that I bought a new S&B this year and the lighted reticle LED was bad sent it in they had to forward to Germany took about 5 weeks turnaround, but they got me fixed up pretty seamlessly.
Mine is in Germany...just waiting to be able to pay them.

I've had a few contacts with S&B service- I've talked and e-mailed with Katharina Looft and whatever issue or question was quickly resolved, although none involved dealing with the accounts receivable department since the S&B warrantee covered everything. I hope you find a satisfactory solution.
