For Sale CZ 550 Safari Magnum chambered in .416 Rigby.

This suspicious stuff can be very damaging to this forum. I've purchased a rifle, a couple knives, and a safari shirt from members here, and sold a rifle to a member who wanted it for his grandson. Now leery of doing any of that again.

Oh , keep the faith brother, don't let a few bums ruin it for you anymore than you would stop driving because someone you know had a car accident. Keep your guard up and remember if it's too good to be true, it's probably something to stay away from. I too have sold several guns and a scope on here, and all were good transactions. As we all know life is not without risks.

Agree wholeheartedly. I have met some very nice trustworthy folks here on the phone and actually live in person. Good outshines the bad.

Right on brother.

It’s easy to spot the bad ones. Just pen we did here. If someone here has a 1000 posts, and he’s a constant engaged- I’d say he’s good.

The sky is not falling.
These are the times we live in...thieves/scammers are de riguer.
Just a bit of due diligence goes a long way.
A phone call, conversation, references, history...the easy stuff...eliminates a lot of this nonsense.
Let's not allow the occasional scoundrel to cause us to lose faith in our brotherhood.

Don’t let a few scammers make you jaded. I’ve done numerous transactions through this forum. All great, helpful folks. Just keep that radar on just like you have to do everywhere else. The most encouraging thing is that members here look out for each other!

This is why I always ask for multiple references. I haven't bought anything on here in a while, but I think these scams can be avoided if the following procedure is followed.
-Seller delivers firearm to shipping FFL prior to shipment
-Buyer Calls FFL to confirm receipt, and makes payment upon confirmation
-Seller releases firearm for shipment upon receipt of funds.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.

Dan who is C. W. Richter? He seems to not be a fan of myself!
