Talk about a straw man argument - the phrase you so much love to throw around. Let's break it down.
You asked two questions, and he did not answer either, and then in his latest reply he is gaslighting you into believing that he did. He in fact did not.
@mdwest; the source you posted contained no information as to how many people are sent to jail for a PDO hit-and-run car crash. None. I read the entire article, it was not there, and does not validate anything. You therefore failed to answer his first question.
I can acknowledge this part about the first question is at least worded accurately in your assessment (albeit lacking some critical context).

His second question was in regards to the effect that "disability and age" have on the sentencing...not the charging of, or conviction of an individual for that crime.
Wrong - the 2nd question posed to mdwest was (post 78760, so you can see it for yourself) "are you buying the theory that the guy with the hammer was Pelosi's lover...? --- there was no question asked about age/disability, only a statement made, right after calling out credentials. more on that next.

To which, mdwest replied with some credentials backing up his familiarity and knowledge of the system.
Even after seeing those credentials, which you acknowledge seeing, you still say you're going to call him out for a lack of knowledge? I repeat - stupidity at its finest.
