Did anyone watch the King’s speech to the Joint session or State Dinner (or both). They are actually worth the watch. I think HRH does a good job of reminding us of the shared framework we all enjoy.

Maybe a limp wrist reach. The term 86 has become so ubiquitous that he can say he meant remove, replace, impeach. Unless as Wheels says they have more human relayed evidence.

Comey should be in jail with Senator Tim Kaine, John Brennan, Schiff and the entire Russia collusion coup team.

Actually that was my thought. I have heard 86 used a lot and use it myself. Never to mean kill only remove or take away. I think it will be hard to prove he meant harm without other evidence.
 
While I personally believe that he arranged the shells and tried as hard as he could to screw Trump I don't think that this indictment is going to succeed in anything but wasting a whole bunch of taxpayers money.
 
Maybe so. But it ain’t like they aren’t already on the payroll soaking up taxpayer funds. Might as well spend their time making that Dbag’s life as unpleasant as possible. :cool:

It is certainly a big deal. I would look at it as a non-confidence vote in the Saudis. What remains to be seen is if they will follow OPEC’s lead as non-members. I will be surprised if they fully open the spigots and trigger an all out price war. The realistic outcome is likely an increase to where they feel they should have been if treated fairly within OPEC.
 
Brother! Now number 86 = a mob hit. Really? Well, why not. Trump thought the image he posted of himself wearing a robe and halo was just supposed to represent a Red Cross doctor. Yep, and the soldier praying to him ... was not praying ... uh ... no ... squishing a mosquito. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, squishing a mosquito. It just gets crazier every day with Trump. What an embarrassment. The DOJ doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting a conviction. I can see it now. Judge throws this one out without even letting the prosecutor take a breath. "This brief is the kookiest crap ever to hit paper. Consider it flushed. Next case." The taxpayers don't need to worry about DOJ wasting much money prosecuting this joke.
 
In regards to Comey. I just heard that the DOJ does have human witnesses, digital and electronic evidence. After a 10 month investigation.


They need verbal or written statements from Comey wishing harm to the President, and or him using the 86 term in the context of death. It’s not a reach to think they may have emails or witnesses that have heard him using 86 in the same context. So who knows. Perhaps a plea after he sees the evidence?
 
Bit of a strange one from the Iranian regime.....unveiled a memorial to the leaders killed so far...and confusingly even to the Iranians there it showed mojtaba khamenei picture as well......also part of interview with Reza Pahlavi crapping on the media for asking about Israel and usa attacking Iran, but never once asking about the tens of thousands of Iranians killed over the weekend of Jan 8/9th this year....

Comey gets the press coverage but they also charged an individual on the same day for threatening Biden’s life.

Well, there are those on the fringe right like MTG that are calling even the Butler attempt staged, disregarding the guy behind Trump that got killed during the attempt. The lunacy seems to be on the fringes of both sides.

It's a very wide spread thing across the left, and not just a few fringe loonies.
It is becoming representative of what the Democrat party has turned into. A giant quagmire of lunatics.
 
My take away from King Charles' speech is that he was sent by Parliament to conduct soft diplomacy. He's prohibited from directly engaging in politics and must be politically neutral. His message was meant to diffuse US/British tensions, but still reminded the President that Britain will maintain its current course. I may be wrong, but that's my take away.
