I used Vero Velini for 12 years in Alaska but after 12 years of total Alaska everything it delt they finally wore out .Is there anything better or just get more of them .I loved them on my 338-378 weatherby accumark felt 6 pounds .I used them on my binoculars too .I guess thats the life spand of them .They really held my rifle good and worked awesone just didnt last forever .

I have two pair of binoculars with Vero Velini straps and they are excellent and have worked for me.
I have one pr binos with Rick Young chest rig that “minimal” ( however that translates) and are very good. I discovered them hunting buffalo w/ Dean Kendall.
I have Dick Murray leather but have never tried his.
