Reloading components you would like to see make a comeback......................

It has gotten so as to where it costs about the same to buy factory as it does to reload. That is if it's more of a mainline cartridge. So, like others, I'd like to see less expensive components. I suspect I'll be wishing for quite awhile though.
+1. With the outrageous cost of powder and primers now plus shipping and/or hazmat, I don’t reload anything below .375 any longer. I search the internet and have found .270W and .308W for $25/box by the case, .25-06 for $27/box and .300WM and .338WM for $45-55/box. ALL with premium Barnes, Oryx, Swift, or sub premium Interlock (.25-06) bullets. I may be losing a 1/16-1/8” MOA by not reloading, but for a hunting cartridge at reasonable distances, I don’t care.

Yeah; for me personally, hand loading is not about ultimate accuracy but about fun, being able to shoot the loads I WANT, and being able to shoot loads that don't exist, no matter the cost.

I hear you. And I still enjoy reloading the bigger cartridges, especially my .416 Taylor for which there isn’t really any other option than to reload.

Prices on powder and primers have risen like everything else with inflation. I do however agree that for many calibers/gauges it’s more cost effective to purchase loaded ammo. With modern technologies and production the consistency and accuracy is unparalleled to the past. I shoot factory ammo in most of my rifles. If I’m handloading it’s for something that doesn’t have a lot of factory ammo options, it’s a double, or something I was to get every ounce of performance out of; 257wby, 257 Roberts, 250-3000 Sav, 300 Sav, 300H&H, 275 Rigby, 416 Taylor, 450NE, 470NE, 500NE, etc

in addition, you get to keep the brass.

Good point. Some of the brass lately, even in the smaller cartridges, has gotten pretty pricey.

Alliant powders at decent prices. Namely R16, R23, and R26. Haven’t seen any of them in my area for years.

I too would like to see IMR-4320 returned and especially SR-4759.

I would like to see the premium bullets that Federal bought from Speers like the Trophy bonded bullets put back on the market for the reloaders

It’s named Swift because if you’re not “Swift” enough within MAYBE 10 minutes to place your online order when the ten boxes they’ve made drops, you’re out of luck for the next year. LOL
So true!!! Thankfully was able to call them and and 6 boxes of .509 cal 570 grain a-frames. They’ve been out of stock on these for 6 months

Would LOVE to see someone, anyone who is willing to do it right, open the market back up on producing custom, modern, AND Wildcat brass casings…… and stay in business for longer than 5 years without filing bankruptcy

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
