For Sale is my Remington 700 22-250 BDL with 1 INCH Leupold Steel rings and bases.

I am asking $1000 + buyer pays shipping. My FFL in Texas to your FFL.
Pay Pal, ZELLE , Venmo

I am located in central Texas so meet up/FTF is possible. I am in the major metros every so often.

The rifle is gorgeous - Selling because It has just sat at my home for a decade. I like to use my firearms.

I want someone to use and appreciate this rifle. I last shot 50 gr Barnes TSX flat base from it over 8 years ago.

- 'E" serial number - this rifle is from late 80s or 90s. (Im sure some know better than I)
-24 inch barrel.
-No sights, though it is tapped for iron sights
-Low Round count (sub 200)

(DINGS AND ISSUES! PLEASE SEE). I want to be very transparent - so please contact for more pics/ even videos of dings
-It has a hairline crack at the rear of the stock. It is on both sides of stock. It is Fixable and has been like that for 15 years with no issues (pictured)
-Ebony fore-end has rub mark/ding (see pics)
-small chip at front swing swivel
-Top of cheek rest has small dent and what looks like a smear of Blue loctite (Loctite can be removed very easily)
-faint surface rust near end of barrel (easily removed with the correct steel wool)

I’ll let the pics speak for the rest. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more pics or info.

Thank you for your interest. I have purchased and traded awesome firearms on this website and I hunt with them.

Now it’s my turn to hopefully sell a rifle that someone will use more than I am currently.

This rifle is SOLD - thanks all

It’s going to a great home to keep on hunting like it should. Very happy

That’s one of the many great things about having six sons. I never run out of excuses to buy more guns! Thank you

When you get some loads worked up that you like for that rifle, please share…

I’m just now getting into the 22-250 game… I picked up an interarms for myself, and the wife got a Kimber pro varmint (she always gets nicer rifles than I do lol)… the plan is to chase some prairie dogs with them this summer… I’m hoping I can find a single load that both rifles really like rather than having to find 2 different loads, keep ammo separated, etc..

Sounds like a plan

Congrats to a great buyer and great seller, and wishing you many years of happy hunting.

@mdwest - I can share some of the handload data from my dad's 22-250's. Mostly IMR 4895 and some 55 or 60 grain Sierra HP's or SP's.

Darn missed it. Had one of these early ‘70’s. Wish I would have kept it.

I’m sure I will miss it one day! But so glad it’s going to an awesome family and will hunted with! Full circle moment for this rifle.
I was just looking for one two weeks ago but got busy and said later.

Well this sold in 5 mins so would have been hard pressed even if you were looking! You will find one! Cheers

I have always liked the 700 BDL. I have a older ADL that seemingly shoots everything 50 grain and under really well. That was a nice rifle to offer for sale.

It really is. Thank you for the kind words.

Glad this site has great people to sell to. I know it’s in a good place for his son to hunt with. Makes it sting a little less

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
