What year did you buy it ? Looks older model. Is it 1-4 or 1.5-5 ? Any other close photos would be helpful

I bought it new in 1998 to put on my CZ-550 416 Rigby. I hunted with it a few times until 2001, and then took it off and put it in the padded scope case. It has been there ever since. It is a 1-4 heavy caliber rifle scope. More photos below, including the reticle:

Nice. However, since I have 2 of these scopes, I believe your selling a VX-II.

Oh, OK. I was not aware of that. There are no specific markings on the scope, and I don't have the original box.

Unfortunately, I cannot edit the title of the existing thread. I may just need to create a new one. Also, it must be worth less if it's a Vari-X II. I need to look into that. Thanks for letting me know!
 
It appears to be a Vari-X II with friction adjustments.
 
FYI - I am going to relist this soon so that the title / description is accurate. I just need to do some research on the price to ask. In the meantime, please feel free to make me an offer. If it’s fair, I’m very likely to accept it. I sold the CZ Rigby, so I have no use for it. Thanks!
