Brother, smoking the Comacho, the Padron, the Avo Synchro……nothing working for the Titans. We may just lose our way right out of the playoffs. This team is a different flavor every week. Can’t keep 11 guys on the field week to week. Played 86 different players this season due to injuries. Just not fun watching the wheels fall off. But hey, gonna be 75 here Christmas Day, so shorts and cigars for Christmas! All good! I’ll keep trying to puff the Titans to victory for you.

The Vikings playoff destiny lies in winning the last 3 games, or everyone else losing. 49'ers are just ahead of us. Vikings have had the same woes as the Titans. Our star running back is on the covid list, and is out for the Rams game.
Vikings fans can never have nice things....lol.

Maybe the Toro Comacho is the ticket. 4th cigar of the game but started at half and game tied. Any excuse to smoke man, any excuse!

Well gents......as of 11:00 a.m today, my much needed vacation has commenced.
Humidor is full, fridge full of holiday food, and cold beer, and a bottle of Scotch in the bullpen . I have 9 days of Chill'n and being a total slacker.....LOL
Will be a Christmas eve of fellowship, plenty of quality cigars, and good food. The simple blessings in life.

I was going to go up to the mountains in my hunting unit for a few days next week, for some photography and casual scouting for a hunt Im hoping to get next year. Unfortunately, there is winter weather advisory, and snow predicted for much of next week. The winding mountain highway is too treacherous in bad conditions, and with limited, or nonexistent, cell phone signal, I sadly have to postpone for another time. Bummer.

A friend also gave me some Cigars for Christmas, so Im starting off the afternoon festivities with one of those.

A wonderful Cigar.

Sadly, John Madden passed away today. An Icon of the football world. John and I were both born in the same small town of Austin, Minnesota. He was a good ol' boy. Also the birthplace of Hormel's, and Spam.

Went to my local cigar shop yesterday with both my sons, and my youngest son’s girlfriend. The owner recommended to me a fabulous cigar, although its price point was quite high. But heck, special occasion. It was a La Galera Year of the Ox Limited Edition.

Suffice to say it was an exquisite and complex cigar, with a fabulous one hour burn. If you find yourself with the opportunity, and a little extra time and money, a must do!
