Pelosi, is not a Senator and can't vote in that chamber, but she has her fingers deep in this pie.
It is a cloture vote that requires 60 yes votes.
5 Republicans are in quarantine and cant vote.

I'm retired so my income hasn't been affected. Where we live is very dependent on tourism/restaurants and a lot of them may not weather the storm, so when they are allowed to reopen we will be supporting the restaurants with our business whether the govt comes through or not.
