Nice looking buffalo, good luck selling.

Thank you Johnnyblues, since early 2000's the buffalo numbers in SA has risen exponentially, so nowadays there is no reason a trophy hunter should settle for anything less than these types of quality solid/hard-bossed buff bulls. With the higher numbers of SA Buffs available, hard-bossed bulls with smaller spread are still older bulls but can be offered at less cost to a hunter not particular about the spread...yet still hunting a true dagga boy!

Many many times I have seen pics of soft bossed bulls that was hunted, not helping to wander if they were sold as great trophies....which they are not as they are not old enough. Soft bossed bulls if offered by anyone should be made clear to the prospective client when offered/advertised....and also priced accordingly as say 'representative or even management bull', but unfortunately that is never stated when buff bulls are advertised at very low costs!
The above is my opinion, would like to get feedback on this from the readers

Thank you for posting. I always learn something new and enjoy.

Don’t know if this will go through but here goes I fully agree on soft bossed bulls. They be tomorrow’s breeders. I prefer old jumps bumps and funny stuff. Not sure when this was posted but please fell free to PM me
Baeie dankie. Jacques

Nice Buffalo for sure! That’s a gorgeous bolt rifle with nice wood in pic number 3!

Hunted this beauty near the Southern Border of Kruger Park, South Africa. Was a frontal shot, about 25 yrds with 375 H&H 300gr soft nose, bullet hit the heart dead-centre. stopping this classic dagga boy only 50 yards further

Hello,

Hi Mark, from 2000 ha to 15 000 ha or 4800 acres to 36 000 acres
We offer buffalo hunts, not buffalo shoots, we hunt on foot and shoot on foot
Do not be fooled by hectares/acres only.....habitat and topography also plays major roles in the quality of your buff hunt!
Currently I am doing a cull hunt on plains game only: kudu, impala and zebra as main target, with a fit client who enjoys walking, doing 6 to 12 miles each day...we have bagged 37 animals so far in 9.5 days, average shooting distance between 50 and 150 yards, hunting area only 1500 ha / 3600 acres

If a client is 80 years old and not that fit anymore, then obviously we plan accordingly, same time if you a very fit hunter and want to have tough hard long hunt on foot doing 10 to 15 miles a day....then we plan accordingly. We adopt to each hunter's ability....as we are hunting buffalo in 7 of the 9 provinces in South Africa. Get in touch with me, tell me precisely what you looking for in a buff hunt....and I will immediately tell you yes we can or no we cannot offer that to you....but if YES, then full details will follow for sure!
