The German Colonial Society (Deutsche Kolonialgesellschaft) has a large online archive of high quality photos from across Africa from the German colonial period (over 53,000 images). All of them are high quality scans, covering just about any topic you can think of.

The database is searchable in German or English. I did searches like "jagd" (653 results) or a combination like "jagd" and "Löwe" (59 results). The user interface is a bit clunky, but its a good place to spend a few hours browsing old photos.

I saw this just now.
Thank you.

Nearby I noticed that you are living in South Korea.
I looked at Google Earth and saw lots of mountains and woods.
There must be something to hunt, isn't it ?

Sadly no. Firearms are illegal and there's one stocked farm in the whole country where you can hunt birds. Not worth the trip.

We went to NZ instead to hunt. That was great.

Thanks for the link!

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.
