Got My Two today - fingers crossed.
Thank you in advance Brickburn for bringing this to our attention.
:A Thumbs Up:
are there any other raffles out there we should know about?

Well ticket 396 is mine. Bought in 2012 and confirmed by Mel today. Good luck fellas.

I just got an email from Melanie.

Thanks to all those who bought tickets. It's a great cause in conservation to help an anti poaching team save those Rhino.

Dear Wayne,

.......................... the raffle was drawn and the winning ticket was 108.
The winner was Trevor Midlane.

Please can you express to all that we really appreciate the help and support they gave to our rhino.

And thanks to you for opening the page as it really did help us.

Best Regards,

Melanie

Wish I were going but, this lucky man won.

I hope Trevor has a great hunt! I am guessing he's not an AH member? Maybe Melanie can suggest he join up and give us a hunt report! :D
Dang, I just knew #232 was going to be the winning number...:(

Well done Trevor and good hunting. I am sitting in Dubai just now on my wa home from Mokore, having hunted Eland HARD, but to no avail. Great hunting however. We had several encounters with Elephants, I saw a Porcupine which I hadn't before, a lioness and a good mature male lion. Needless to say, on the way out this morning, we saw 5 good Eland. Ha, ha, ha!
When I was in Harare I went to a presentation on the Matusadona Anti Poaching Project. Good outfit doing its best. We, on AH, need to be kept in the loop on these things. MAPP needs around $9k per month just to keep going. Now that's ten guys putting in 900 bucks, or a lot of us putting in a little. Worth a thought?

Love your rifle! I'm needing a heavier rifle for Africa. Sold my .375 Dakota Safari several trips ago. Would you have any interest in a trade of some sort involving the custom 338/06 I have listed here on the site ( I have some room on my asking price. I also have a large quantity of the reloading components and new Redding dies as well as a box of A-Square Dead Tough ammo.
