Hey guys. Recently finished my first hunting trip in Mozambique, Coutada 10. Two buffalo, nyala, warthog, and waterbuck. 38 inches on the wider buff, 32 on the waterbuck, and 31 on the nyala. Amazing trip overall. Now to start saving so I can go back!

Congratulations. The waterbuck and nyala are outstanding. What were the dates? Who’d you hunt with? What other game did you see?

I booked through Duduma Safaris and hunted in the Marromeu Safaris camp. It’s an amazing and truly wild place. Zero fences. We saw tons of game every day. I had to try to control budget a bit. Passed on some great trophies. We saw some excellent bushbuck and sable. Tons of hartebeest, zebra, bushpig, etc. I hunted the first 10 days of Sept.

Great trophies, congrats!

Yea, he unfortunately fell right on his horn tip when he went down. Luckily It just split with no missing pieces. Everything lines up when you pinch it back together. Should hopefully be an easy fix for the taxidermist.
Ah man. If that would’ve been from him fighting or something it would’ve been some cool character. Congratulations on some beautiful animals

Beautiful trophies, Waidmannsheil!

Fantastic Trophies! Congrats on a great safari!

Congrats, Mozambique is a great place. The nyala there are incredible.

That's a heck of a first trip! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

That Nyala is a stud. Should score very well. Congrats.

Congratulations on a great first Safari and some amazing trophies. I’m heading to Coutada 11 next year myself. I keep going back and forth on adding Nyala, Bushbuck, and Waterbuck having already hunted them before, but also know the trophy potential there is out of this world. Sometimes it sucks having a budget

I hunted the bull in my avatar from Coutada 10 many years ago. The stories I hear recently mirror yours…lots of game. Congratulations on some very fine trophies from a wild place.

Congratulations, you took some excellent trophies!

I shot my first buffalo in Coutada 14, back in November 2005.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
