Would you like a Cigar?

Where are you off too and what is on the list to be hunted?

Heading to the Eastern Cape, for Buff, Kudu of course (I can’t get enough of them) and whatever else comes along.

I’ll be in your beautiful country 15 Jun, spending the night at Africa Sky. (y)

Have fun enjoy it I am sure you will.

Would love a recommendation from you aficionados on a mild smoke for a newbie that I can enjoy without spending the night working on it. I’d like something smooth with a nice aroma. Recs?
Another vote for Macanudo.. generally speaking Connecticut wrappers (light tan) tend to be mild.. Once you get into smoking them a bit more I would try out the Nub Connecticut. That is a great bridge from mild into medium.. I still enjoy them even though I prefer stronger cigars now

Besides the mentioned Macunado. A nice beginner cigar, but also early morning with coffee is an Ashton classic.

Hello all, just wondering if there are any cigar smokers here on the forum. If so, let us know which is your favorite one!

I like to light a cigar usually in the late afternoon and enjoy last few hours of daylight reading. Most times its a safari hunting book, others might be a book on oil and gas law. When on a hunting trip, its at the end of the day after a great hunt. I enjoy several brands from Dominican to Nicaraguan. Mostly VegaFina, La Aurora, Oliva (serie "g"). I have tasted numerous brands, but these are the ones found in my humidor.
