Brno 602 Gunsmith Work

Kevin Weaver is installing my safeties, also LeRoy Barry.

I do not provide instructions with the safeties but will happily provide guidance to the installing Gunsmith if needed. It takes a shop with a vertical mill to do the job correctly. No cuts should be required on the receiver.
Cheers,
Wayne
I can bare witness to both Wayne’s quality of product and customer service.

For the life of me I could not get his RMR mount on one of my 602s; I called(late evening) and left a voicemail explaining the problem and that I thought the front bridge sight rail was slightly oversized.

5 min after hanging up I realized that this 602 had been drilled and tapped for standard scope bases and it was one of the plug screw heads being slight proud of the surface that caused the problem…. Removed the plug screw and CLICK it slipped right on.

I thought to myself “IF Wayne returns my call I’m going to feel like a jackass explaining this!”

Sure enough - Next morning 8am Wayne calls me up and says he’s got another mount already boxed up and ready to go out the door….

At that point I could only explain the issue was entirely my fault and thank him for having both a great product and service.

I have a CZ 550 that is shooting LOW(5-6”) @100 yds) with factory express sights.

270 gr Barnes loads drop 3-4”. 300 gr Barnes drop 10” @100yds.
Any recommendations for someone to do sight work?

Thanks,
Steve

Have you tried a lower front sight bead? Mine at least is interchangeable so yours might be too

Mind if I ask why 22” is the preferred length?
Also is this the correct place to order the 3 pos safety?
Cheers

With modern high-quality .375 and .400-class ammo, 22”-23” barrels are sufficient to keep velocity up.

In the Olden Days (early decades of the 20th Century) when DG ammo displayed inconsistent velocities due to propellant quality, 24”-26” barrels were deemed necessary to maximize it.

Should be. Email Wayne and see if he’s got any in stock, ready to ship.

Kevin is my "local" gunsmith and does fine work. If Wayne recommends him as an installer I'm sure he will be wonderful.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
