I just picked it up today at the local Cigar shop. I've seen the announcement of the new blend recently, and when I was at the cigar shop there was a brand new shiny box of the My Father Blue singles for sale.

So you're going to "make her the Queen of your double-wide trailer, with the polyester curtains and the redwood deck"? Not sure what you're planning for the HGTV project though -- do you prefer "Dogs Playing Poker" or just a simple "Velvet Elvis" wall tapestry?

The new release From My Father Cigars.

My Father Blue Honduran

The Garcia family opened up their very first farm in the Honduras last year, even though the tobacco has been growing their for some years prior for the release of this cigar.
The main cigar operation is in Estelli Nicaragua.

Beautiful blue bands on the cigars which represents the color on the Honduran flag.
Don Pepin Garcia, and the My Father brands are my favorite smokes

Before lighting the cigar, it has a sweet smell of hay to it .
When you light it there is light notes of pepper, citrus and earth. These flavor notes go away quickly to be replaced by an earthy, roasted nuts, and coffee flavor notes with a hint of a cinnamon type flavor. These flavors remain to the end along with an Oaky note
These flavors definitely jive with the review I read

It is a very unique cigar that is medium bodied, but has very pronounced after taste that lingers
It's the type of cigar flavor that takes some getting used to, and you will either like it, or never buy another one type of cigar.
I look forward to another one.
