Yes that’s who it is. Trying to figure out what hat that is.
 
I can only guess that it is a fur felt fedora. But you probably already new that. Brian
 
The crown appears to me to be higher than a fedora with the crown turned up, but maybe it’s not. Guess I could by a cheap felt fedora and test it.
