there Are so many great tasting antelope. I leave hippo for the locals and it makes great lion bait

Not super good. I've had it thinly sliced and fried. Anything should be good that way but it was just ok. I am game to try again but it does not seem to get served much. Must be a reason,

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell.
