Warthog Jumps String

Not so sure if i should keep them on my list for this year after watching this, being new to hunting.

I think pigs of all kinds make great first animals. Just don't think they are slow and stupid!

Likely a good lesson to keep shots to 20 yards or so.

They are quick but the bow looked kind of slow too. Impala amaze me how fast they are. Like a spring ready to go all the time.

Bow is 279fps....not slow at all. They are just that fast.

That's moving pretty good. Maybe I should take my other bow when I go. I'm shooting a hair over 300fps, might have to take the other at 320 to get a little less in Flight time

Yes, I'd say few people have actually ever chronographed their bow and don't realize how "slow" it likely is. Manufacture's speeds are let's just say a bit over inflated. Even with my 70-pound bow and light arrows I'm only hitting 317.

I'm pretty big in to tuning and I've only seen a few bow makes hit their ibo. My last hunting rig was hitting 290fps with a 470grn arrow. My 60lb target set up for hunting is 300-305fps with 370grn arrows.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
