Wanted New .458 WM Brass

Does anyone know where I can get new .458 Win Mag brass?

Norma rep sent me BS emails that Midway and MidSouth has Norma brass available, neither has .458 WM.

Haven't received a response since my last email to Norma three weeks or so ago. Nor have I received a response from Norma after posting comments/question to a couple of their threads on AH.

im not sure if my guy in virginia has anymore.. but I bought 100 pieces off of him about a year ago (he had more then.. i just didnt buy it).. he was selling it super cheap...

I'd offer a little of what I got up.. but it all immediately got re-sized to 416 Taylor

Only place I found online. I buy from them directly at their shop to save shipping. I've found their website is sometimes out of sync with what they actually have. So I'd call to confirm availability.

Yes, I'd call Bruno directly. They've been very easy to deal with in the past. If they are out, and you need ASAP, I'd either scrounge Gunbroker or find some cheap-as-possible loaded factory 458 WMs then pull them down or just shoot them for practice to get the brass. Weird to me that everyone seems out of 458 WM brass!

I haven't been able to locate .458 Lott brass either, as that was my alternative means for win mag brass. As well as buying loaded cheap factory ammo to shoot up just for the brass to reload.

I haven't tried GunBroker. I'll look to see what they have.

I also tried cheaper than dirt and Gamaleil/Brownells neither had any .458 brass.

mdwest, where is your friend in Virginia located? I'm about 30 minutes from Bristol. Even once fired brass will do right now.

I'm six months out till my South Africa hunt. I've been on back order from MidSouth since mid August. The brass I have on hand I've reloaded 10 or more times, so I definitely in need of fresh brass.

If there are any other places I might be able to find brass, I would greatly appreciate the info.

Yes, I assume that means 24 bags of 50. That qualifies as a $hitload or possibly even a metric $hitload of 458 Win Mag brass.

Let's see 24 x 50 only equals 1200 loaded cartridges. At 20 rounds per hour ...hhmmm..8 hours, that's 160 rounds per range day, times 3 days per week ...hhhmm...that's 480 rounds.... .... that is almost 3 weeks......Yep..I think that is a metric, high volume,...FART.

I would call it an SAE $hitload.

1200/10's would be 120: might consider
1200/10 x 10 would 12: OH NO WAY....near a metric $hitload.Not even an SAE fart.
