Want To Buy 9.3x82 Reloading dies

V. Veritas: No, not either of those cartridges.

The cartridge is similar to the 9.3x72R but is 0.4" longer for a total of 3 1/4" (similar to the English black powder express cartridges). These were black powder cartridges that lived into the smokeless era. The 9.3x82 was developed to pack more powder into the case than the 9.3x72 could hold.

One of the problems with older German rifles is that there were a number of very similar rounds made between 1880 and 1930, each slightly different. There were at least 4 different 9.3x72s, one of which is the normalized version that will not fit into some kipplaufs and drillings.

I once had an over/under Nimrod combination gun, lower barrel was 9.3x82r
Dies and brass were "fun" to try and obtain

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
