Try and guess the size of this polar bear

I'm with those that its in the 8ft area nose to tail, my guess its a sow or a young boar....just a guess.

9ft 4in I know nothing about bears apart from what they may do in the woods or in the snow

I have no idea, but I am very envious. I would love an artic adventure like that.
 
When will you post more pictures and inform as to the size of this bear ? Inquiring minds need to know.

About 10' long as posed. Squared number is different of course.
 
Rifle is roughly 48 inches x 3, WAG 12'.
 
Nice bear but I don't think he is a giant. 8.5
