Almost three years to the day from taking this Buffalo until it's hanging in my home. Covid plus using a well known taxidermist stretched the time. The heart photo is exactly as removed at the skinning shed. Arrow penetrated a rib on the entry side, penetrated the heart then hit but did not penetrate a rib on the far side. When arrow broke off when the animal was running it left the fragment in the photo as found.
