Does anyone know offhand which set of Talley bases fit the Interarms/Whitworth Express rifle? They have a dozen or so listed for the various Mauser configurations, but I'm inclined to think the bases for the Remington 798 are probably the correct choice? No info on the Talley website that I could see. I'll call them if I have to, but who wants to do that?

The Whitworth Mauser is basically a Yugo M48 Mauser and so is the Remington 798 and EZ to find, I used Leupold quick release mounts on my 375HH

Same screw hole pattern for your bases as the 1950's vintage FN Model 98 Mauser Commercial actions were ?

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.
