Thats a real nice offer but I don't think anything I hunt is worth that much.
 
I have a Walter Locke that would be perfect for what you are doing, its a 500/465, just under a 470. shoots a 500 GNer about the same. They are worth about 14 to 15K at the moment. What does a good scub bull hunt run these days?
