The news I read about Zeiss here a few days ago was like a gut punch to me. My favorite optic maker for the past 15 years. But some good news is that Cooper of Montana seems to have things up and running and are now Cooper of Arkansas. Sorry if this is old news. I'm a huge fan of Cooper rifles. I have 3 or 4 of them and they are all tack divers. I harvested my lion with a Cooper model 57 in 416 Rem mag. Even that shoots within half inch at 100 yards.

The Heritage is the only model that interests me. I like walnut stocks. That said, it appears to have a detachable box magazine. They have always seemed like a solution in search of an application.

I don’t see any big bore in there inventory.

looks like they about doubled in price over the original company to bad, I have 2 that are unbelievable accurate 6.5-284 and 204 Ruger

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
