Never had accuracy issues with S&B. On the contrary it's some of the most accurate factory ammo out there. Recently restocked on my 7x57 and 8x57. Nothing but good results.

I’ve a Sauer 3000 drilling with 16ga over 7x65r tubes, and the S&B 173gr SPCE load shoots right to point of aim on the iron sights. Also is accurate within the limitations of the older scope.

Taking my 98 commercial in 8x57 out deer hunting in the morning loaded with 196 grain S&B SPCE bullets.

The primers weren’t hard to seat at all. They just wouldn’t seat deeply enough. I believe it is due to the case head and rim being out of spec.

Darn, wonder if it was the case or primers?

I have some 139 grain S&B in 7x64 that have a steel jacket and was wondering if the SPCE was steel also?

S&B does not import any of the steel content jacket material loads into the USA any longer.
