Leupold Patrol 6 HD 1-6 FireDot Duplex
6 safaris and several hundred rounds fired. No issues at all. Only problem is Leupold discontinued that model. I like the non CDS for it.
The only scope I've ever heard of not failing on a serious rifle like that long term is a Zeiss Diavari. One water buffalo outfit in Australia replaces VX-IIIs (1.5-5) every six months due to failures on regular 458 Winchester Magnums.
Maybe a Zeiss Conquest 1.8 - 5.5 would hold up maybe a VX-III if you don't shoot the 600 grainers too much. I'd skip the VX-II, it's a two-piece tube.
Hallo Ron, do you remember me? I´m Michael from Germany. We did some Wildcats on the .338 Lapua Case.
