Bought these in May of this year, wore them a few times to my office, basically just long enough to know for certain that I needed a size 11.5 which I ordered in the Selous roughly a week later. Can’t say the boots are broken in as they have well less than one mile on them but also can’t say new as I have worn them. While my Selous proved as comfortable as any boot I’ve ever owned by the time I left for Africa early June and kept my feet happy throughout the trip, I really like this slightly lighter/shorter Safari model. Went back and forth about just keeping them but really do think I’d be happier in an 11.5, so if someone here is a size 12 UK and wants to save a nice chunk, I’d happily send these your way. $250 shipped within the US via priority flat rate. To fit, I may have to fold the Courtney box flat into the bottom of the USPS box.

I don't know what it is, but the look of Courteneys boots gives me goose bumps. I just want to pick up a file and go.

Man... that's my exact size. Must resist.... if they were $200...

I like these boots but my size is 9.5 us thought about stuffing the toes the red neck way but not sure it would work. lol

These are sold and shipped. And going to say, sizing wise, the Courteney Boots I bought this year, WAY bigger than my existing pair I got over 10 years back. Those were from Westley Richards and are size 12 1/2, fit me perfect. These 12’s are markedly bigger. I wear a US 13 in most everything and size out closer to a 13.5 if I could find them and apparently in current Courteney wear UK 11 1/2.

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
