The old 1905 Rigby that started out as a 350-400 and was later re-chambered and re-bored to .375 gets a doe.

Congrats my friend, that rifle is a beauty. Happy for you!!!

I've shot a lot of plains game to feed the help and guests with 300 grl 375 and other like calibers, those bullets are meant for big animals so don't expand violently on plains game and ruin a lot of meat if you shoot to the rib cage,

Nice looking rifle. Is the stock original?
As far as I know the stock is original.......other than the recoil "pad". The restoration work was done by Lon Paul. The rifle was part of an estate sale and the gentleman that owned this rifle had a bunch of nice ones with several having restoration work done by Paul.

Thanks again guys for all the nice comments.

Nice Report! Im about to pull the trigger on booking the LDE with Patrick. I have been talking about it with him for about 3 yrs now. Romain hit me up the other day with an offer I can't refuse for 2027.

Andrew, I commented that your on 375 H&H for sale was the fair price.

Like I commented, my classic stainless has the original 24” barrel.

Did you buy yours with the barrel already cut down to 21” or did you do it (or a gunsmith)?
