On this thread many times people have stated there is zero evidence for UAPs / UFOs or alien sentient life.

I've previously cited high ranking military officials, expert testimony to congress, and videos provided by the US military along with eyewitness testimony from naval pilots.

None of this was sufficient.

This week several well known pastors have confirmed US Intelligence called them to a meeting asking for them to prepare to address crisis of faith that will come from a pending disclosure of UAP/UFO files.

I’m late to the party and obviously didn’t read all 500+ posts, but, just as someone who is a nobody, with a scientific background I think it pretty anthropocentric to believe that there are no other intelligent civilizations/life forms in the entirety of the infinite vastness of the Universe.

SO if I understand your comment you are espousing a belief in other intelligent life some place else. sounds like 100 AD Greek philosophy, thought to me, nothing new under the sun. so what if that is so, does it matter to you. This earth is given to us as a home. period.

Well, the ancient Greeks were right about many things in terms of science and mathematics; I don’t know what they thought about life elsewhere. But, science involves keeping an open mind; which is why SETI exists. Although Steven Hawking thought it might not be a good idea to advertise our existence to the Universe as there is no guarantee that anybody who answers will be as benevolent as Mr. Spock and the Vulcans.

Greeks ,Persians, Egyptians held the high ground as great societies and architectural giants. they also were all concerned about the afterlife and appealed to alot of gods in various ways. in my estimation the Persians were at top, in building , with the palace of Persepolis.
Personally I feel SETI is a waste of time, we have so much that needs to be accomplished on this planet, I will leave the other planets, "non-inhabitable" to my God , as he has instructed me what to be concerned about, here and now, I think A. Enstein far and away exceeds Mr. Dawkins and his theories of black holes ect. I also think he spent to much time on epstien Isl.
"Advertise our exsistence" seems like a black hole to me.

So your response is rather vague or ambiguous , if its aimed at me ,what is it you dont get. I speak of Ancient civilization's and their polistic beliefs, in gods and after life. These ancient beliefs are verifiable in many archeological finds, the UGARIT TEXTS of the 1200 bc, the EPIC OF GILGAMESH 700 BC ,which has a description of the flood just like Genisis the TEL DAN inscription of 733 bc, the Moabite stone 900 BC. and many more. Richard Dawkins and his weird theories and S E T I which is also a total theory realm. he wrote a book which got bad reviews if your interested. and like I said he made to many trips to Epstein Isl. to be a source of intelligence for me to consider.
AND pot is legal in 24 states and hard drugs are tolerated on all the west coast states so saying you aint never done anything illegal aint saying much.
I believe in the monotheistic God , ELOHIM or YHWH revealed in CHRISTOS (greek) the christ, messiah .
pretty simple to me.

Speaking of UFO's, belief and simplicity, the whole country, including the weatherman and NORAD, tracks a certain individual flying all over the world one night distributing gifts to children who have been good. We show them pictures of the guy, the guy keeps his promise and delivers the gifts, though they never get to see him except in a few places like the mall or at parade. Then one day, the children find out the guy they believed in their whole lives was just a lie, a ruse. Now they are old enough to be skeptical, the world has robbed them of their innocence and their parents were complicit, all in the name of tradition. Then you ask them to believe in someone else they can't see...
