My friend took this on the way back to his room. He shot one about the same size a few hours earlier.

I think that can be arranged, they apparently have driven hunts for bear. I am looking at going this fall since it is much more reasonably priced that grizzly hunts in the US.

I am unsure why that rule is in place. If not mistaken it can’t be bigger than 410 CIC. Which is still a big bear thou.

If their objective for reopening a bear season is to lower the total number of bears they shouldn't allow killing of big bears. The biggest predator of little bears are big bears

Is that why they won’t the biggest bears be exported? To encourage leaving them to kill off the smaller bears?

I don’t know if that is why they are doing it but that is the consequence.
